This programme is drug and alcohol free therefore those eligible to participate in the programme ideally would be 2-3 months drug or alcohol free. It is also open to those who are stabilised on the Methadone Maintenance Treatment Programme or if on prescribed medication, maintaining their therapeutic dose.

The service is available to clients assessed by the HSE/ Addiction team and deemed suitable for inclusion in the programme.

We also accept appropriate referrals from other services such as probation / court services, community support groups, local doctors and self referrals. The twenty week programme will be delivered twice each year to groups of up to 15 clients.

Individual Therapeutic Counselling will be offered during the programme period of 20 weeks.
